2. Look at the thickness

The thickness of the acrylic cylinder is generally 3~10㎜, generally the thicker the better, pay attention to the smoothness and flatness of the surface, pay attention to small cracks and defects, do not buy those bathtubs with orange peel on the surface.

2. Acrylic bathtub installation

The acrylic bathtub is installed as follows:

1. Before installing the bathtub, install the drainage fittings and test for water leakage.

2. Before installing the bathtub with iron bracket, check whether the ground at the installation location is flat.

3. When installing the bathtub, use a level ruler to adjust the installation position of the bathtub to be on the horizontal line.

4. The part of the bathtub against the wall should maintain a gap of 3-5mm with the wall, and use soft polyethylene or similar materials as cushioning materials.

5. There should be a gap of at least 5mm between the bottom of the bathtub and the tiles.

7. The drainage fittings inserted into the ground drainage pipe must be inserted at least 50mm above, and check whether the connection is tight to prevent water leakage.
